RETURNS
It is our utmost goal that you are satisfied with your purchase and that you understand that all products available for shop on www.obol.ro are pre-owned (as stated in their description). However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days from the moment you received it.
For that matter, we kindly ask you to please notify us via contact@obol.ro about your return request making sure that you include in the email the reason for your return. Once we received your email, we will support you through the return process.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and that the parcel should be delivered via courier not Posta Romana. Keep the postage proof until we receive that parcel and once received, we will verify its condition and start the refund process.
For a refund to be completed, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition and original packaging;
- All tags, labels, wrappers etc. must be intact;
- The purchase proof and order number must be provided;
- The products are not chipped, scratched, broken or used (please note that all items are examined and photographed before shipping).
In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to not accept the return.
