Produced sometime during the 1970s at the glass factory in Ohio by Libbey Inc., embossed with flower petals and leaf motifs, large enough for iced tea or a long drink but also generous and tall enough to be used as vases
With over two centuries of history, Libbey Glass Company was founded back in 1818 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, under the New England Glass Company name, and in 1888 the whole factory was relocated to Ohio and remained Libbey Glass Co.
Throughout time the company has manufactured a wide range of glassware products, from tableware to drink ware and stemware, but it was also heavily involved in producing other types of products, ranging from automotive glass, bottles and even light bulbs.
