This Edelstein Bavaria vase was produced during 1960s in West Germany, in form 1045. This form usually came as a plain vase, however this one is shaped as a pitcher with a small handle on the neck, which actually makes this piece super rare.
Relevant both for Op Art, through the geometrical pattern and the mid-century style through it’s soft minimalism, the pattern is something that Edelstein excellent at ever since the company’s creation. Most of their porcelain, besides being super thin and of the highest quality is also known for their relief designs, decorations and gilding.
This one of a kind piece - quite literally - would look spectacular on your dinner table or open shelves, I mean, you can never go wrong with a white vase!
