Produced by Schönwald during late 1960s, early 1970s in West Germany, the bowls shaped as cups with handles and individual saucer plates, featuring a quail-game-dinner table inspired design in dark forest green, are just a wonderful countryside inspired addition to your kitchen cupboard.

Established in 1879 by Johann Nicol Müller that has converted his sawmill into a porcelain factory beginning with a two kiln manufactory, Schönwald saw a rapid growth and by 1972 they merged with Hutschenreuther, another historical large porcelain producer (this set is produced during that merger).

All pieces are in exceptional condition and they are made out of thick porcelain. This set for six is versatile enough to be used for serving soups, cereal breakfast, ice cream, dips and sauces to share for a larger party or even for serving a generous cup of tea or hot cocoa. The saucer plates can also be used to serve snacks or bread and butter.
